Geometric sequences

A couple of days ago we finished geometric sequences. If I was keeping up in my blog posts than I would tell you that I was still having trouble with it. However, with the aid of accelerated math, I am finding it rather easy.

Work Period

Seeing as we can finish Geometric sequences in one day, we are having a work period today.

Geometric sequences

Yesterday we started our unit of Geometric sequences. To me, this is the most difficult unit, but that's probably because it's new and I'll get better as I proceed. Also, I think I'm getting ahead of myself in accelerated math, so that might contribute.

Probability

Today we learned Independent v.s Dependant events and Mutually Exclusive v.s Mutually Inclusive Events. This is review for me since I have already done this on Accelerated Math. This might not be as easy for some because common sense is becoming less common.

Sample Space

Yesterday we reviewed sample space. I mean review in that it was nothing new for me, so the recording not recording is not a big deal.

Conics-Parabolas

Today we did our parabola section in conics. This is pretty easy seeing as it is review, and as far as sideways parabolas, they're not much harder considering that the same rules apply.

Graphing Hyperbolas

Today we learned how to graph hyperbolas using standard form as well as how to find the asymptotes of an equation. This is similar to yesterday, except sketching these equations onto a graph.
